Last updated: October 2026. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AI Agent For Me (aiagentforme.com), including our free weekly newsletter and the free "50 Must-Have Muse Prompts to Automate Your Business" guide. By using this site or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

AI Agent For Me is an independent publication that teaches small business owners how to use Muse, the AI agent from Meta. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Muse" and "Meta" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. The free guide and the newsletter

The 50 Prompts guide (PDF, in English and Spanish) is provided free of charge in exchange for subscribing to our free weekly newsletter. When you subscribe and confirm your email, we send you the guide by email. The newsletter is also free, and you may unsubscribe at any time with one click; unsubscribing stops future emails but does not require you to return the guide.

3. Your consent to receive communications

By subscribing — including by checking the consent box on any form on this site — you give AI Agent For Me your express consent to contact you for informational and marketing purposes, specifically:

• Email: the weekly newsletter, the free guide, follow-up emails, and advertising or promotional messages, including offers from us and from our advertising and affiliate partners.
• Phone calls: calls to any phone number you provide, including calls made with an automatic telephone dialing system and/or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
• Text messages: SMS/MMS messages to any number you provide, including messages sent with an automatic dialing system. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
• Messaging apps: messages through apps such as WhatsApp, if you contact us or provide your number through them.
• Advertising: you understand that our emails, site and messages may contain advertising, sponsored content and affiliate links.

Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may withdraw your consent at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP to any text message, or contact us through the Contact page. Withdrawing consent stops future marketing communications; we may still send a final confirmation message.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing, to subscribe only with your own email address and phone number (or with the owner's permission), and to be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for how you use the guide and any AI tool, including verifying AI-generated output before acting on it.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the 50 Prompts guide, is © AI Agent For Me unless otherwise noted. You may use the guide inside your own business. You may not sell, redistribute, republish or claim authorship of the guide or our articles, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

6. Advertising and affiliate disclosure

This site displays advertising (including Google AdSense) and contains affiliate links. If you buy through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Commissions never buy coverage: our recommendations are editorial, and sponsored material is identified as such.

7. Educational content, not professional advice

Our content is educational. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. AI tools can make mistakes; review everything an AI agent produces before using it in your business. We are not responsible for decisions you make or results you obtain using Muse or any other AI tool.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site or its forms (including automated or fraudulent sign-ups), not to attempt to disrupt the site, and not to use our content for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

This site, the newsletter and the guide are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Agent For Me will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the guide, or any AI tool mentioned here.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site or subscription after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
